1967 Chevy C10

This is a genuine factory ordered Right-hand Drive 1967 Chevy C10 pickup.

  • 1968 front guards with side marker lights.
  • Short wheel base.
  • Cab/Chassis.
  • No bed.
  • No engine
  • No transmission
  • 12 bolt diff (no mounting brackets)
  • 6 lug steel wheels with tyres
  • No front windscreen

This was originally a 250 inline 6 and 3 speed manual column shift (3 on the tree) truck. When I purchased the vehicle it had been converted to floor shift, and the required rods and linkages for column shift were long gone.

A significant note about the steering: This truck is manual steering. There is no power steering box that is a direct bolt in replacement. If you want power steering, you will need to do some modifications, or install an aftermarket steering rack.

The truck had significant rust and needed a large amount of work, so I had no choice but to pull it apart and strip it down.

There is some some minor Cab work needed before paint, but all the hard work is done.

Rust repairs completed:

  • Complete new floor
  • Outer rockers
  • Cab corners (still need tidying up. Aftermarket part fit was terrible)
  • Side cowl vent
  • The Chassis was blasted, had one minor repair, and coated with glossy All-U-Need sealer.

Brand new aftermarket replacement panels included:

  • Doors
  • Front guards (fenders) 1968 with side marker cutout.
  • Inner guards (fenders)
  • Inner cowl
  • Outer Cowl
  • Radiator support
  • Bumper filler panel

Brand new parts included:

  • Front upper & lower control arms (installed)
  • Front springs – Moog (installed)
  • Front disc brake conversion kit with 2″ drop spindles. (Early Classic Enterprise)
  • Shocks – Monroe (front & rear)
  • Body mount kit

Other parts included:

  • Original doors included which still included window glass and hardware
  • Original hood. Needs repairs, but would still be cheaper than buying a replacement hood
  • 12 bolt diff. Did not come with truck. 6 lug with drum brakes. Internals have been replaced with a posi unit. Previous owner cut off all brackets.
  • Rear sliding window
  • Original gauge cluster with original metric/KPH speedo
  • High transmission hump
